I read it myself

On weekdays you'll normally hear back within a few hours, and always within one working day. There is no queue and nobody in front of me, because there is nobody else here.

We talk, at no cost

Thirty minutes by phone or video, whichever you prefer. I ask what you sell, who buys it and what you've already tried. You ask anything about the work and the price.

You get a real scope in writing

What I'd do, in what order, what each part costs and when it would be done. No open-ended retainer, and no proposal that needs a second meeting to decode.

What to put in your first message

Four details get you a useful answer faster. None of them are required.

  1. Your website address, if you have one. That alone lets me run the free SEO audit before we speak, so the call starts with findings.
  2. The city or area you sell in. Local and national search are different jobs with different plans.
  3. What you've already tried, including what didn't work. It stops you paying twice for the same lesson.
  4. Roughly what you want to spend. Not so it gets spent, but so I can tell you straight away what it covers, or which part to do first.
