What happens to your data.
Short version: I collect what you type into the estimator, I use it to send you the estimate and reply to you, and I do not sell it or add you to anything.
The fonts are served from this server rather than from Google, there are no tracking scripts, and the cost estimator does its maths in your own browser. Nothing about your visit leaves your device unless you choose to send the form.
What I collect
Only through the estimator form, and only if you choose to submit it:
- Your name and email address - so I can send the estimate and reply.
- Your answers in the estimator - project type, page count, languages, layers, timeline.
- Anything you write in the message field - entirely optional.
Using the calculator itself collects nothing. The questions and the result are worked out in your own browser, and nothing leaves your device until you press the send button.
Why
To email you the estimate you asked for, and to reply about your project. That is the whole purpose. There is no newsletter, no drip sequence and no advertising list.
Who else sees it
Only if you submit the form. If you just read the site, this list is empty.
- Web3Forms delivers the form submission as email. See their privacy policy.
- Google (Gmail) stores the resulting email, because that is where I read my mail.
- GitHub Pages serves this site and keeps standard server logs, as any web server does.
Nobody else. Your data is not sold, rented or shared for advertising, and there is no mailing list to be added to.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for preferences. If you make a choice in the privacy banner, that single choice is stored in your browser's local storage - on your device, readable only by this site, and never sent anywhere.
There is currently no analytics running. If that changes, it will be privacy-friendly analytics, it will only run if you have said yes in the banner, and you can withdraw that at any time through Privacy settings in the footer. Saying no costs you nothing - the site behaves identically either way.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted, unless we start working together - in which case normal Polish business and accounting record-keeping periods apply.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email imarket2web@gmail.com and I will deal with it within 30 days. You can also complain to your national data protection authority - in Poland that is UODO.
